Just between you and me (I haven't announced anything officially yet), I've been working on a new podcast. For such a simple format—audio—podcasting has a lot of moving pieces to worry about. The archive of articles from Six Colors on podcasting has been immensely helpful. A fantastic look at tools, techniques, and commentary.
Colleague, friend, and world-class runner Brendan Caffrey wrote up a good post on respecting uninterrupted time for employees and why Slack probably isn't the real problem these days.
Finally, an honest reflection from Ethan Marcotte about the increasingly blurry line between ethical and unethical companies, and the work we choose to do on their behalf. I find myself thinking about this same topic far too often these days. Thankful that I work for one of the good companies.
